Updated ETV Terms of Service

• All Etheridge TV Live Stream content will be available for 60 days following its original livestream air date
• The reason we are changing our Terms of Service is that you love ETV so much! We are charged by the platform for viewer hours and due to these overhead costs (new cameras) for ETV we will be making this change on March 1st
• On February 2nd we will make Cover Song Tuesday available ON Demand after the original live stream as well as all of the Cover Song Tuesdays from January 2021

Introducing ETV Premium

• Cover Song Tuesday shows from 2020 will be on ETV Premium
• You must be an monthly subscriber to access ETV Premium
• ETV Premium will have all ETV Videos from 2020 available on demand and will be the go to library for everything ETV after the original VOD period of 60 days
• Why are we doing this? There is a real cost of licensing from the performing rights society for the right to air the cover songs and this pays the songwriters which is important to us. Also there is the viewer hour costs that the platform charges us.
• ETV Premium will be $10 per month in addition to the $50 per month subscription
